Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. We are a small business with a few employees and appreciate your patience. Order confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent via the email provided with your order. Someone 21+ with a valid ID must be present to receive the package. The carrier will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. After 3 delivery attempts, your package will be sent back to the shop.**

Wine shipments are done at the customers own risk. We will not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been shipped and received. Natural wine is a temperature sensitive product and we advise only shipping during moderate climactic conditions.

**If delivery is attempted 3 times with no success or if you fail to retrieve your package at the carrier depot by the stated deadline, the shipping fee will not be refunded to the customer.


Return Policy

We are happy to discuss returns or credits for cork taint or other compromised bottles. We need the bottle back in order to issue a credit or replacement. Please bring the bottle back to the shop or contact us at +1 971 420 6278 or orders@ardornaturalwines.com between 1-7pm PST.
