FROM ARIANNA OCCHIPINTI: Tonda Iblea came into my life later when I started making wine in Vittoria. And soon these centuries-old trees in Contrada Piraino in Chiramonte Gulfi made themselves loved. I wait for the oil at the mill like a birth. It is a strong tradition, which marks the end of my harvest and the beginning of autumn every year. Season I love.
